I lead engineering teams that builds secure production-ready .NET and Azure solutions. I'm brought in to strengthen engineering practices while staying hands-on across the full Agile SDLC. I help teams work faster, improve their way of working, and I also write code myself.
I own projects from beginning to end and lead teams building apps and help design the system, align everyone involved, and deliver software that works well in real life. I also mentor engineers, run knowledge-sharing sessions, and improve onboarding so new teammates become productive faster.
Currently, I'm leaning into cloud architecture, AI-assisted automation, and team leadership-especially roles where outcomes (speed, reliability, cost) matter as much as clean code. I have certificates from Microsoft that prove I understand Azure and how to build real applications on it.

Built two-screen app that auto-generates recommendations from POS APIs. Technician screen shows instant recommendations; customer screen displays them in real-time via WebSocket sync. Aligned technicians, POS stakeholders, and business teams around workflow-friendly design.
